Refund Policy

The short version

Every first order ships with a 1oz sample bar nested in the cap of the tube. Try the sample without breaking the tube’s seal. If Split isn’t for you, send the unopened, sealed tube back within 14 days for a full refund of the product cost.

1. Sample-bar trial

The 1oz sample sits in the cap, above the sealed tube. Removing the cap to use the sample does not break the tube’s seal. Use the sample as many times as you need to decide.

2. Returns window

You have 14 days from delivery to request a return. Returns requested after 14 days cannot be accepted.

3. Condition

To qualify for a refund, the tube must be returned unopened and intact, with the original seal unbroken and the stack of bars inside the tube. Tubes that are opened, damaged, or missing bars cannot be refunded.

4. How to start a return

Email support@usesplit.co with your order number and a brief note. We will reply with a return address and instructions.

For first-order returns where the sample bar didn’t work for you, we cover return shipping. For other returns, return shipping is at your expense.

5. Refund processing

Once we receive and inspect the returned tube, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping charges (where applicable) are not refunded except for first-order sample-bar returns.

6. Damaged or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo. We will replace the item or refund it — your choice — at no cost to you.

7. Subscriptions

You can pause or cancel your subscription anytime from your account or by emailing us. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current cycle. Charges for cycles that have already shipped are governed by the return rules above.

If a renewal charges and you forgot to pause it, email us within 48 hours of the charge and before the order ships. We can usually pause and refund the upcoming shipment.
