Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of usesplit.co (the “Site”) and the products sold through it. By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to make a purchase. By placing an order, you represent that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate.

If you sign up for a Split subscription, you authorize us to charge your payment method on the recurring schedule shown at checkout (default: every 90 days). You can pause, modify, or cancel your subscription at any time through your account or by emailing support@usesplit.co. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current cycle and do not entitle you to a refund of charges already processed unless covered by the Refund Policy.

We may update subscription pricing with prior notice. Any change will apply to the next renewal after the notice period.

Prices are listed in U.S. dollars. We may correct pricing or product errors at any time, including after an order is placed. If a correction affects your order, we will contact you and offer the option to confirm the corrected order or cancel.

All orders are subject to availability and acceptance. We reserve the right to limit quantities or refuse any order at our discretion.

We currently ship within the United States. Estimated shipping times are provided at checkout and are not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery to the carrier. For more detail on returns, see our Refund Policy.

Split is a personal-care soap product, not a drug, treatment, or medical device. Statements about ingredients describe the product’s formulation and the published research behind individual components; they are not medical claims and have not been evaluated by the FDA. The product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

Discontinue use and consult a clinician if you experience irritation or an allergic reaction. The site, the product, and all related materials are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, except those that cannot be disclaimed under applicable law.

The Split name, logo, formulas, copy, photography, and site design are owned by Split or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute them without written permission, except for the limited personal use needed to view the site and use the product.

You agree not to use the Site to do anything unlawful, infringe rights, transmit malware, scrape data without permission, or interfere with normal operation.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Split is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or the product, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that purchase.

We may update these Terms at any time. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the current version. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Massachusetts, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Massachusetts.
